MCH Housing

MCH provides affordable, independent apartments for seniors and people with disabilities. MCH also provides property management services for our buildings as well as for other property owners. Serving low to moderate-income individuals, our buildings and services help seniors maintain their independence in a community environment. Most of our apartments are subsidized.
