Hannaford Helps Meals on Wheels Fight Hunger

Making Community Happen is once again partnering with Hannaford, located at 145 Elm Street in Camden, Maine, to be the recipient of their Fight Hunger Bag Program.  Simply purchase one of their Fight Hunger Bags from the 145 Elm Street location during the month of November and $1.00 will be donated to the Meals on Wheels program for the midcoast Region Meals on Wheels program.
