How can you help?

We are currently looking for Meals on Wheels Drivers and Deliverers

We have various routes, throughout Knox County for Monday through Friday deliveries. Pick up time is needed between 8:45 -9:30am.

If you want to make a difference in your life as well as in the lives of older adults and adults with disabilities, we have a need for drivers to deliver meals on wheels for you to consider.

Whether you have a few hours to spare once a week, once a month or would like to be a fill in driver, consider volunteering with us! Your help is greatly appreciated. Our program depends on volunteers and we could not deliver hot nutritious meals without our volunteer drivers.

We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and experience. Businesses are always welcome to assist in the community with corporate volunteers. Please note that volunteer positions require background checks.

Call 207-701-9641 or send an email to [email protected] to find out more about these or other opportunities.

The Camden Lions Club presented Meals on Wheels, a division of Making Community Happen (MCH), with a check for $1000 at the Lions’ May 3rd meeting. King Lion Michael Fletcher preented the check to Katie Tarbox, who represented Meals on Wheels.

You can make a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Call (207)701-9641 or email [email protected] more information!
